Behind the Girl: Interview with Brittany Mason

We had the pleasure of shooting with Brittany Mason at Venice beach a while ago, here are some updated pics and an interview with her so you can get to know her better.

Introduce your self to the world?

Hello world, I am Brittany Mason

How did you get into what you are doing?

I had an epiphany at a young age that I was meant to leave an impact on the world. I knew pageants and modeling would allow me to reach am audience to share my mission and purpose.

If you had a chance to have dinner with anybody in the world, who would that be and what would you ask them?

Angelina Jolie, Beyoncé, Hillary Clinton. These women are whom I most admire, they embody the modern day superwoman. I have an endless amount of questions for each of them..

Angelina Jolie: How do you juggle your career, marriage, the kids, and time for you?
Beyoncé: can you teach me to dance?
Hillary: Could I please join your campaign again? 

What music are you into and what have you been listening to today?

I literally listen to everything, from country, top 40, to even reggae and classic. Depends on my mood or what I’m doing.

Whats your take on mobile technology? Do you have a smart phone and what apps are you using the most? Whats a great app recommendation you can give?

I do have a smart phone, I use whatsapp a lot to keep in touch with my friends from around the world

Whats your idea of an ideal night/date?

Something out of the ordinary. I appreciate a man that can be creative when it comes to planning a date. One time I had a guy pick up some canvases and wine. We painted eachother… He got major points for that one.

Have you ever been recognized when walking around for anything you have done?

Yes I have, when it happens it’s very flattering! The last time I was in Paris a couple people recognized me in the airport. Coming from a small town in Indiana, I’m still surprised when it happens. It’s a special feeling to know your work has reached people around the world. 

Whats is the most dangerous/most daring thing you’ve ever done?

A few years ago my boyfriend and I at the time decided we wanted to what we called “tag” a public place. I had a few campaigns running at the time with billboards, one of those billboards was by the airport in Las Vegas looking over the 215. We got a ladder and managed to climb up the billboard and on to the middle platform…(it was double sided with space in between) we were successful with our mission to say the least. I can’t think of a way to top doing it on your own billboard. 

Whats does the word “Sexy” mean to you?

Confidence
